Refund policy

We do not offer a refund or return policy. We have a 30-day Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at stacyreaneeboutique@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you can prepare your package to be sent back to us, you are responsible for shipping cost, as we do not charge you shipping. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without emailing us first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged. All jewelry, sale items, hats and swimwear are final sale. 

Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we should find any defects or suspect that the merchandise has been worn, we reserve the right to decline your exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, if it is still in stock.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you exchange will be processed immediately.
